REGULATIONS OF BONUS SALES "Enjoy your gifts in summer"

(hereinafter referred to as the Regulations)

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The organizer of the competition is Kartonix Sp. z o. o., Czachorowo 54, 63-800 Gostyń, NIP: 7872106210.
The purpose of the Promotion is to promote products offered by the Paxit.pl store.
The promotion lasts from July 26 to July 31, 2023, subject to the provisions of §3 section 8 of the Regulations
The promotion is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

§ 2 GIFTS

In the Promotion, each customer has the opportunity to receive a set of gifts for PLN 1, depending on the amount of the order placed.
The prizes will be sent by separate courier after the promotion ends, i.e. after August 1. Shipping time is up to 14 business days.

§ 3 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION COURSE

The Promotion is intended only for natural persons residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland, purchasing Promotional Products as consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code.
Employees of the Organizer are excluded from participating in the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion and providing data related to participation is voluntary.
In order to take part in the Promotion and receive Gifts, the Participant should, during the Promotion, purchase products at Paxit.pl worth:

PLN 3 000 net – barbecue set for PLN 1

PLN 5 500 net – barbecue set and deckchair for PLN 1

PLN 7 000 net – barbecue set, two deckchairs and a grill for PLN 1

Carrying out the activities listed in section 4 will constitute the Participant's registration for the Promotion.
The participant can place many orders and receive the corresponding number of gifts,
Prizes will be issued after the promotion ends on August 1, 2023.
The prize will be issued to the Participant immediately after the employee of Kartonix Sp. z o. o. that the Participant has placed an order and paid for it.
The prizes presented in the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and their actual appearance and colors may differ slightly from those presented in the graphic materials.
Products purchased during the promotion period are not returnable.

§ 4 COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Participants should submit any complaints regarding the manner of conducting the Promotion by e-mail to [email protected]
A written complaint should include the name, surname or company name, order number and a detailed description and justification of the complaint.
Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 7 (seven) days from the date of their receipt.
The participant will be notified by e-mail about how the complaint will be considered within 7 (seven) days from the date of consideration of the complaint.

§ 5 FINAL PROVISIONS

These Regulations are available on the organizer's website paxit.pl
The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations at any time without giving a reason. However, changes to the regulations may not violate the rights acquired by the Participants.
