Delivery Methods
Fixed delivery cost – only 18,00 PLN net (22.14 PLN gross) – regardless of the number of products in the cart.
Free delivery – when purchasing a full pallet of identical packages.
Standard domestic DHL package
- Maximum weight of one package: 31.5 kg
- Maximum length: 120 cm (longest side)
- Height + width + length <= 300 cm
- Package should be a rectangular prism with no protruding oversized elements
- In the case of ordering a larger quantity of packages, the customer always pays for one shipment
Standard domestic pallet
- Maximum pallet weight: 700 kg
- Standard pallet base dimensions: 80 cm x 120 cm
- Maximum load height (including pallet): 180 cm
- Pallet must not have goods protruding beyond its outline
- Goods packed on the pallet must be in the shape of a rectangular prism
- In special cases, pallet dimensions are chosen to maximize product protection and ensure safe transport
- For pallet orders, please remember the necessity of unloading the pallets and securing the appropriate equipment for this purpose
International Delivery
- It is possible to ship orders abroad.
- The shipping cost is determined individually for each order.
